Feeling: slow at first but then I found my groove
Comments: I introduced some Fartlek (sprints) into my run this morning. I read about a 30-20-10 method online and decided to check it out. It’s 30 seconds at an easy pace, 20 at a moderate/fast, and 10 at a full out sprint. You do that four times in a row, then rest and repeat. Well, I only did it four times in a row and then continued on with my normal running. I may integrate it into the shorter distances or during my “walk/cross training” days.
