Marathon Training: week 4, Day 5

Miles: 1.5

Average Pace: 10:39 m/m

Feeling: strong

Comments: easy 1.5 this morning. I even picked up the pace throughout. I love increasing speed every couple songs. When I first started longer runs, I would increase my speed every three-five songs. It would force me to keep pace for a certain amount of time. I should get back to that!
