Marathon Training: Week 4, Day 4

I decided to use today as a rest day and run my 1.5 miles tomorrow morning.  I’m still early enough in the training that I don’t necessarily need to rest before my weekend “long” run.  Saturday’s run is only about four miles- easy-peasy. So instead of running this morning, I went into work early to earn some overtime.  New house and a running obsession means I need all the overtime I can make.
