Marathon Training: Week 4, Day 2

Miles: 2

Average Pace: about 11:15m/m-ish (I forgot to look at the total time and since I ran multiple speeds I don’t know the exact pace)

Feeling: like a jog in the park

Comments:  I’m trying this thing called “eating” before running.  I tend to just wake up and run, which means I’m powered by nothing but last night’s dinner.  I ate a half of a banana before hitting the treadmill this morning and I felt surprisingly empowered by those few quick bites.  I’ll keep testing it out and see if I continue to have more energy after I eat.

Since I had plenty of time afterwards, I did the 21 Day Fix Upper workout and the 10 Minute Abs.  I’m already feeling both…
