I’m writing this a day late, but I should have run 3 miles yesterday. I had trouble falling asleep (a lot of trouble) and when the alarm blasted at 5am I could barely open my eyes. A run just wasn’t happening. Sometimes you have to listen to your body. Mine said “don’t you dare move or I’ll trip you on the treadmill.” I obliged clinging to hope I would make up for it after a ten hour day at work. But it wasn’t in the cards.
