Marathon Training: Week 3, Day 4

Miles: 3.0

Average Pace: 11:30m/m (I did pick it up there at the end a little)

Feeling: slow and uncoordinated and very much like Phoebe on Friends (…again)

Comments: It was another night of little sleep but I refused to skip today since I rested yesterday.  (Funny I didn’t have a problem sleeping last week when I wasn’t working long hours!  I think my body just stays riled up for longer even though my work is sedentary). My run was long and arduous but I feel awake now and ready for another day.  I also tagged on another round of 10 Minute Abs for 21 Day Fix.  Six pack for summer?
