Marathon Training: Week 2, Day 7

Today is supposed to be a day for a walk.  I decided to run a mile on the treadmill this morning and then do the 21 Day Challenge Yoga Fix video instead.  I’m not as flexible as I used to be thanks to running…especially in my hamstrings!  I may integrate this yoga into my routine weekly!
