Marathon Training: Week 2, Day 4

Miles: 3

Average Pace: 10:54m/m 

Feeling: tired when I started but refreshed now

Comments: it would be so easy to turn off the alarm in the mornings and get another couple hours of sleep, but I know better. Mornings are the only times I’ll run. All I want to do after work is relax. I know if I say “I’ll run after work” I won’t actually run after work. Although I usually hate extremely early mornings, they’re the only way for me to get my runs in. 

After my run today, I did a Pilates Workout from the 21 day Fix DVD. And now, it’s time to start getting ready for work. Happy Thursday!
