Feeling: stronger than yesterday (yes, you should be channeling your inner Britney when reading that)
Comments: I also tested out a 21 Day Fix Plyo DVD. I didn’t do all of the exercises but I wanted to see what it was all about before I officially start the challenge tomorrow. Plus, I can’t really jump in my third floor apartment without bothering my neighbors. Anything goes, though, when I’m at my childhood home!
