Marathon Training: Week 1, Day 6

Miles: 1 (should have been 3)

Average Pace: 12:00m/m

Comments: I just wasn’t feeling it on the treadmill this morning. A three mile run is common for me though so this will not derail my training. In the coming week I have plans to greatly infuse more daily exercise along with my scheduled runs. Stay tuned.
